1. The product
NEXUS Toolkit is a digital, downloadable product (a PDF guide plus a prompt library and templates). It is not an app, not a subscription, and requires no login. It is delivered as a download after purchase via our payment provider.
2. License & permitted use
On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NEXUS Toolkit for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the contents, in whole or in part.
3. No professional advice
NEXUS Toolkit is provided for general information and productivity only. Nothing in it is tax, legal, financial, or other professional advice. The bookkeeping material in particular is prep help, not tax advice, and does not replace your CPA. Always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in USD and are charged once. Payment and delivery are handled by our third-party provider; their terms also apply to the transaction.
5. Refunds
Purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy for how to request a refund.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounderAnchor is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the product.
